Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Worldwide. Rates and available carriers are shown at checkout.

Processing (in-stock items)

Orders placed Mon–Fri ship within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping options & timelines (after dispatch)

 

  • Express: ~3 business days

  • Standard: ~5–7 business days

    Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our studio.

 


Pre-orders / Made to order

Pre-order pieces are crafted for you. Estimated delivery ~10 days from purchase (production + transit).

If your cart mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship together when the pre-order is ready. Need split shipping? Contact us after checkout.


Duties & taxes

International orders may incur import duties/taxes set by your country—these are the customer’s responsibility.


Address changes

If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once shipped, we can’t reroute.


Lost / damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, notify us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim.

  • Timelines are estimates in business days and may vary for remote areas or during peak periods.

  • We don’t ship on weekends or local public holidays.
